  • “Products” refers to the signaling equipment, telecommunication hardware, and other manufacturing goods supplied by JRKC.

3. Product Information & Specifications

  • Technical Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all technical specifications, descriptions, and images of our products are accurate. However, due to continuous R&D and improvements, specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Suitability: It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the products ordered are suitable for their specific infrastructure requirements and comply with the necessary regulations (e.g., RDSO standards).

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Quotation Validity: All price quotes provided by JRKC are valid for a specific period mentioned in the quotation. We reserve the right to alter prices after this period.

  • Order Acceptance: The receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) does not constitute final acceptance. JRKC reserves the right to accept or decline any order based on production capacity, raw material availability, or technical feasibility.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of GST, freight, insurance, and other levies, which will be charged as applicable.

  • Payment: Payment terms will be defined in the specific invoice or contract agreed upon between JRKC and the Client. Late payments may attract interest as per company policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timelines: Delivery dates provided are estimates based on current production schedules. JRKC shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, supply chain disruptions, or logistics issues beyond our control.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon dispatch from our factory/warehouse (Ex-Works), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty: JRKC warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects for the period specified in the product documentation. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall JRKC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, train delays, or operational downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, technical drawings, product designs, and images, is the intellectual property of JRKC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
