Panel Installation
We specialize in the ergonomic installation of Gate Control Panels and communication consoles. Barrier System Installation
Our team handles the precision mounting of both motorized and manual Lifting Barrier systems. We focus on perfect alignment and mechanical calibration to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation, reducing wear and tear on motor units and ensuring long-term reliability in high-traffic areas.
FACS Installation (Fuse Change Over System)

Electrode Installation (maintenance‑free earth electrode)
We provide advanced Maintenance-Free Earthing solutions using chemical-filled electrodes. Unlike traditional salt-and-charcoal pits, these electrodes maintain consistent low resistance over time without requiring regular watering, protecting sensitive electronic signaling equipment from environmental damage.
Grounding (earth electrodes and earth leads)
Safety starts with a solid foundation. We design and implement comprehensive Grounding Networks, connecting signal posts, barrier housings, and control panels to earth pits using heavy-duty copper or GI leads. This system effectively dissipates lightning strikes and electrical surges.
Construction & Installation of Main Signal Post (Foundation + Signal erection)
Our turnkey service includes the civil foundation work (casting M25/M30 grade concrete bases) followed by the structural erection of the Main Signal Post. We ensure the post is perfectly vertical and positioned at the exact “sighting distance” required for loco-pilots.
Signaling Layout (painting of main signal post)
We adhere to strict regulatory standards for the Signaling Layout, which includes the application of specialized anti-corrosive primers and high-visibility aluminum or black/white striping on signal posts. Proper lettering of signal numbers ensures easy identification for maintenance and operations.
Logistics (sliding boom installation & commissioning)
As a critical fail-safe, we install and commission Sliding Booms. These manual backup systems are essential for maintaining road-traffic control during power outages or primary barrier maintenance, ensuring that the level crossing remains secure at all times.
