Fuse Auto Changeover System (FACS)
The FACS is a critical safety innovation that prevents “Dark Signals.” In the event of a primary fuse failure, this system automatically switches the load to a standby fuse in milliseconds. This ensures that the signaling circuit remains active, preventing operational delays and maintaining the safety of moving trains without requiring immediate manual intervention.
Fail-Safe Electronic Flasher
Our Fail-Safe Electronic Flashers are used to provide the rhythmic pulsing for signals and level crossing warnings. Designed with high-reliability solid-state components, these flashers are engineered to be “fail-safe,” meaning that in the unlikely event of an internal component failure, the output defaults to a safe state rather than providing a misleading or stuck-on signal.

Round Head Cartridge Fuses (ND Type): High-breaking capacity fuses designed for railway power circuits, providing reliable protection against short circuits.
PBT Cartridge Fuse Blocks: We utilize high-grade Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) for fuse blocks to ensure superior thermal stability and electrical insulation in high-temperature environments.
Earth Leakage Detector (ELD)
Ground faults can lead to intermittent signaling errors and hardware damage. Our Earth Leakage Detectors provide continuous monitoring of the insulation resistance between the signaling circuits and the earth.
