Specialized Excavation & Trenching
We execute trenching according to strict railway depth standards to ensure cable safety.
Standard Cable Trenches: Excavation of 1-meter deep trenches alongside the track in various soil conditions.
Deep Trenching: For high-traffic or high-risk zones, we provide 1.2-meter deep trenching integrated with DWC, RCC, or GI protective piping.
Hard Surface Excavation: Specialized machinery for precise cutting and excavation on asphalted platforms, roads, and hard rock areas without disrupting surrounding infrastructure.
Protective Piping & Culvert Infrastructure​
Cables must be protected from both the weight of the soil and environmental hazards.
Piping Solutions: Expert placement of DWC (Double Walled Corrugated), RCC, and GI pipes based on the specific terrain requirements.
Culvert & Bridge Infrastructure: We install specialized GI piping systems across culverts and bridges, providing a secure, vibration-resistant pathway for cables over challenging gaps.
Cable Laying & Backfilling
S&T Cabling: Precision laying of Signaling and Telecommunication cables within prepared trenches and pipes, ensuring tension-free installation to prevent internal core damage.
Protective Backfilling: Once cables are laid, we provide secondary protection by installing half-round RCC pipes over the cables before final soil backfilling, creating a physical shield against future accidental digging.
Termination & Routing
Cable Termination: Our technicians perform high-precision terminations in server racks, apparatus cases, and location boxes, ensuring clean, labeled, and fail-safe connections.
Route Marker Installation: To facilitate future maintenance and prevent third-party damage, we install RCC Cable Route Markers at standardized intervals, clearly identifying the path of the underground network.
Advanced Crossing & Boring (HDD)
To cross tracks or paved roads without stopping rail or road traffic, we utilize Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). This “trenchless” technology allows us to install protective pipes deep beneath existing structures with surgical precision, eliminating the need for surface disruption and ensuring structural stability.
